Shipping Policy: You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. Repair policy:
All the orders from NiceReplica.com have 6 months warranty. Repair some issues are at our cost. For some issures should pay cost of parts to repair.
Please kindly to send back the warranty card with the watches together. NiceReplica.com warranties the manufacturing and material defects. Any manufacturing defects will be repaired under the warranty at no cost. Any repair needed for the watch must be done through NiceReplica.com. Once the watch is taken to another watchmaker, we will not pay for the repair cost.
When the watches or watch parts is shipped for repairs, return or exchanged, the shipping cost is at your side. We will pay for the Register Airmail cost for sending back to you. When you send watches to us, please tell us the Register number, USPS tracking number or FedEx number. If you don’t send via above shipping methods, we won’t pay any cost if the watches lost in shipping. If the repair watch is lost in shipping, we accept half cost to buy the same watch.
Dial:
We will take your actual watch picture for you to check before shipping. If the dial have problem, such as Logo crooked, markers lost and printing problem, please ask us to fix the problem before shipping. It is free. You should pay for the dial cost after you receive the watch. If Luminous markers come off during shipping. We will send a new dial to you to fix or sending back to fix.
Case:
If the case has nick when you receive it, and you want to get a new case to replace. Please contact us at goldmedal88@126.com within 2 days.
Please return the case first. We will send a free case via register airmail as soon as possible after we get back the return case. If you need a fast delivery, you can pay extra money for express service.
Bracelet/strap:
If the bracelet, leather strap or rubber strap have problem when you receive the watch. Please let us know within 2 days. Over 2 days, we won’t exchange the bracelet or strap free. We will send a new bracelet or strap to you by register airmail when we get back the returned. Please make sure there is no nick on the stainless steel band and clasp. And make sure the bracelet or strap is unused. The stainless steel band link is not removed. Or we won’t accept free exchange.
Movement problem:
If the watch have movement problem, we can repair it under the warranty at no cost. If you need a new movement, please pay for it. Movement is no exchange policy.
Sapphire crystal problem:
If the sapphire crystal was broke in shipping, please email us within 1 day when you receive the watch. We will fix it free. If over 1 day, we won’t offer free crystal. If the sapphire crystal was broke by yourself. You can send the watch to us to repair. Assemble cost is free. But you should pay for Sapphire crystal cost .If you want to buy a sapphire crystal from us; you should pay for the sapphire crystal cost and shipping cost.
Parts cost:
We won’t add profit on parts cost , but factory will add their profit on it. The lower cost parts only for the customer who buy the watch from me and need extra parts to repair the watch. It is not sale price.
Return Policy:
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, wrapped well and in the original boxes and with all warranty card, parts and accessories to insure refund. We cannot accept a return of any item with any slight indication that it has been used.
Instructions for returning a watch:
1.The watch must be unused. No links can be removed and it should be packed well.
2.Email us at goldmedal88@126.com . We will give you an address to ship the watch back to us. There will be a 5% restocking fee for returns. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. More exchange details please read exchange policy.
3.The watch should be shipped back to us via Register airmail, USPS or FedEx. It is at customer’s cost.
4.When you return it, please tell us your Register number, USPS tracking number or FedEx number. If you don’t send via above shipping methods, we won’t afford the cost if the watches lost in shipping.
5.We refund the customer the same way that the customer has paid, deducting the payment charges, restocking fee and the shipping charges. The refund gets issued within 3 days from when we receive the watch back from the customer.
6.If the watch is a special order, which you will be notified at the time of purchase, these terms do not apply. There is no return policy for special orders.
Watches purchased by a manufacturer, on behalf of a manufacturer is not returnable for any reason.
Warranty policy:

Exchange Policy:
If you don’t like the watch when you receive it. We accept exchange. The return watch must be unused. No links can be removed and it should be wrapped well.
The exchange watch will be shipped when we get back the return watch. We only accept one time exchange.
Money back Policy:
1.Full refund will be done if we send wrong watches to you. As we promised what you see in NiceReplica.com will be what you get. If the watch is not the same as the picture for some reason, we will notify you before shipping. If you don’t accept the difference, you can exchange for another watch or ask a full refund. If we don’t tell you the difference in advance, we will full refund without any question. The return shipping cost is at your side. For return instructions, please read Return policy.
2.Full refund will be done if the watch is seized in custom. When we get the confirm from the courier we will refund as soon as possible.
3.All the refund will be done within 3 days after we get the returned.
4.Refund money will be deducted our shipping cost, payment charges and 5% watch cost as restocking fees.
5.No refund policy for special order (crazy sale).
